Shipping Policy

We ship from California, USA.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic Shipping (United States): Standard shipping via USPS or UPS typically takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times usually range from 7–21 days or longer depending on destination. Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking: A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $XX (or on subscription orders — check at checkout).

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Return Window: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Opened Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened tea packages.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Process: Email support@stickonu.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges: Available for unopened items within 30 days (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom blends, and opened packages are generally non-returnable.
